GUARDIANS of GA’HOOLE – Lost Tales of Ga’Hoole Book Review

I have a  SciFi Fantasy Book Review.

The book begins with Rogue smith of Silverveil and her sister, Madame Plonk, or Brunwella.  Brunwella is the singer at the great tree of the Southern Kingdom. We learn about their history as well as their family tragedies.

GUARDIANS of GA’ HOOLE            Lost Tales of Ga’ Hoole

Soon, the tragic announcement is spread throughout the kingdom, old Melvonia Plonk, the singer at the Great Ga’Hoole Tree is dead. With this news, Rodmilla begins to give her step daughter, Brunwella, singing and voice lessons.  Brunwella plans to join the completion to replace the deceased singer at the great tree.

The part of this book that I enjoyed the most was the conflicts  between the Guardians of Ga’Hoole, the Blue Brigade, and the Pure Ones. Considering the different cultures, the constant conflicts were understandable.

The lemming feast was also a laugh.

Lost Tales of Ga’Hoole  is an interesting story, especially if you like animated owls. The hierarchy of the owl civilization as well as the numerous conflicts are very believable.

I enjoy reading this series of books as well as others regularly, just for fun. I hope you will give one a try.

Until we talk again.
