Dear readers,

When I wrote The Unthinkable Duo Of Justice, I envisioned a powerhouse writing personality in Kinkorx. I wanted someone who was established. A powerful coterie personality in the desert.  A newspaper columnists, science writer, and sports announcer.

J.A. Ireland the writer on Sesla

I created this successful, well-known prodigy, to be a media phenomenon and dynamo writer.  He lives  in Kinkorx—the largest city in the desert of Sesla. He is genetically a Miflixx-Coterie. The average of Sesla.

He is a writer and a blogger, with a family. His office is in a high-rise building in downtown Kinkorx. I gave him the name on Sesla, J.A. Ireland, as well. He writes a column for several daily newspapers as well as a monthly science report; The Visqaser Report. He is the most powerful writer in the desert.

J.A. is also a prominent mesnuk announcer in Kinkorx. Mesnuk is the global sport on Sesla.

I use J.A. regularly in my books to increase the authenticity of the event or report. If the event, mesnuk game, or story is big enough for J.A. Ireland to report or announce it—it’s a Big event.

In a posting from this blog, Sesla…The Enchanted Planet in the Whirlpool Galaxy, I used J.A. to tell that entire description about Sesla, her topography, and her beloved coteries. Here is a brief excerpt from that lengthy article:

Desert Scenery View From Kinkorx

My name is J.A. Ireland. I am a Seslean of the Miflixx-Coterie clan. I live in beautiful downtown Kinkorx with my family. I am a professional writer. My office is on the 12^th floor of the beautiful Grexenn Building, also in downtown Kinkorx. From my large, windowed, high-rise office, I enjoy a spectacular view of the morning sunrise over the multicolored desert. The view from my office desk, with my morning tea, is breathtaking. My office is near The Mesnuk Stadium Downtown. I can see the spectacular structure from my window. This is the home of the Kinkorx Horned Hares, our professional mesnuk team.

Kinkorx is a bustling and beautiful, magical desert city. She is the delight of Xcuymir Territory. Xcuymir Territory is one of the mysterious and breathtaking territories of the desert region on Sesla.

I would like to tell you about the mystical planet; Sesla. I would also like to tell you about her beloved coteries. I will begin by sharing a secret with you. Before time was measured, when the Croster Slux Solar System formed, the Whirlpool Galaxy gave the sun the task of naming the planets. The fifth planet in the solar system balked at this absurd idea. She wanted to choose her own name. The sun, of course, did not agree. The very bold fifth planet stood her ground. Eventually, the sun conceded and gave the planet her wish. She chose the name Sesla, which means “Enchanted Planet” in the Whirlpool Galaxy. It’s a charming name, don’t you think?

I also use J.A. to tell stories about Sesla. If you follow my blog, Sesla is a happening planet with a lot going on. Big things are happening in the desert all the way to the wet lands. And all the way in between.

I use J.A. to report these good and often times very alarming events.

Luckily for J.A.’s friend Detective Maxx Zeqster, there’s plenty of crime as well. Maxx and his partner, Art Nekuma are very good at solving crimes and putting the perpetrators behind bars.

Also if you follow my articles or read my books, you already know we are able to read his articles via the new space tower at Kinkorx Observatory. It is a modern wonder on Sesla. This space tower can transmit a signal all the way from the Whirlpool Galaxy to the Milky Way Galaxy at any time through space. Told you it’s a modern wonder.

Who knows what inventions lie ahead in their future? Seslean scientists are brilliant. Perhaps teleportation is in Seslean’s future? Who knows? There’s one thing I’ve learned, on Sesla, anything is possible—with a little help from Sesla herself.

Sand Trafficking Blamed For Increase In Local Crime

I am J.A. Ireland from Sesla.

In Xcuymir Territory, where I live, we have a never ending problem with sand trafficking; this problem never seems to go away.  It’s our organized crime of the desert. It seems that, along with the illegal sand trafficking trade, there is a noticeable increase in the general crime rate.

I wanted to share an interesting article with you from my friend Vigtor Zertus. He works for the Kinkorx Desert News.  He wrote this article of his interview with General Sheriff Kein Mairytin of the Xcuymir Territory Sheriff Department.

Kinkorx Desert News: Headline:  Sand Trafficking Blamed For Increase In Local Crime

Kinkorx Desert News reporter, Vigtor Zertus writes, “My sources at the Xcuymir Territory Sheriff Department in Jxobslyn are informing me that General Sheriff Kein Mairytin is continuing to blame the escalating crime rate in Xcuymir Territory on the illegal sand trafficking trade.

Earlier this week, my camera technicians and I traveled to Jxobslyn and spoke with General Sheriff Mairytin. My interview was video recorded from the lobby of the sheriff department for print and possible TV airing later.

Vigtor Zertus, roaming reporter for Kinkorx Desert News asked, “General Sheriff Mairytin, what is being done to abate the rising crime rate in Xcuymir Territory?”

“We are putting all of our resources toward this increasing problem,”  Sheriff Mairytin said vaguely.

Vigtor Zertus questioned, “When you say all of your resources…What does that mean?”

Vigtor’s lack of respect for the  General Sheriff’s ranking annoyed  Mairytin.  General Sheriff Kein Mairytin replied angrily, “I have an increased number of troopers, as well as the Kinkorx  Police investigating the sand trafficking operation.”

“So, you still have the Chief of Kinkorx Police Department, Chief  Pomur working on the investigation?”  Vigtor further questioned.

“That’s correct,” responded General Sheriff Mairytin with irritation.

Vigtor Zertus saw his opening.  He could sense the impending eruption. “Our readers and viewers will want to know why you are giving Chief Pomur and the Kinkorx Police Department more time to catch the perpetrators of the on-going, illegal, sand trafficking business.”

General Sheriff Mairytin’s disdain for Vigtor Zertus became apparent.  He replied angrily, “Chief Pomur is working directly under Chief General Zayer’s and my supervision. We have every confidence that he will catch the perpetrators.”

Vigtor persisted. “If Chief  Pomur continues to be unsuccessful at catching the criminals that are operating the sand trafficking ring, what will yours and Chief General Montique Zayer’s next plan of action be?”

With an angry red face, General Sheriff  Mairytin flew into a rage. “I do not discuss our strategies with reporters! This interview is over!”  While in the rage, he hurried back to his office.

Mrs. Vyi Kaqxer, the sheriff department secretary, and receptionists smirked at Vigtor as he stood bewildered in the lobby.

Vigtor Zertus summarized, “Chief General Montique Zayer and General Sheriff Kein Mairytin are continuing to put their trust in Chief Pomur to catch the perpetrators of the illegal sand trafficking operation in Xcuymir Territory. This is their plan to abate the increasing crime rate. We all remember what happened when these two top officials trusted Police Chief Morxoc to handle the problem. Luckily, Detective Maxx Zeqster and Detective Art Nekuma stepped in and solved the crime spree at that time. This is Vigtor Zertus reporting live from the Xcuymir Sheriff Department in Jxobslyn.”

He turned to Mrs. Kaqxer. “Would you like to be notified of the printing of this article or the possible airing on TV?”

She smirked  and said, “Not necessary.”

Vigtor smiled courteously. “Ok then…Thank you.”  He and his camera technician left the sheriff department in Jxobslyn.

I hope you liked the interview article. Sand trafficking and the accompanying crime has always been a major problem for us in  Xcuymir Territory.  Just like Chief Morxoc before him, Police Chief Pomur and his staff cannot seem to get a major investigation going into this returning crime spree.

The historic crime-wave of sand trafficking is what catapulted Detective Maxx Zeqster into stardom on Sesla.  I detailed Maxx’s brilliant work in my novel, The Unthinkable Duo of Justice.

Big Mesnuk Game Tonight

Hi Everyone,

We’re into an exciting time of year; “It’s the Rallies” and our Kinkorx Horned Hares are struggling.

Mystical Creatures In The Enchanted Wet Lands Near Kvyutt

Tonight they’re facing the very powerful Kvyutt Traveler’s—from the wet lands. The Travelers have several Sesla Championships to their credit and are very strong right now, having won their last five games.

This will be a very tough game for the Horned Hares. The Hares lost the last two games and must turn things around quickly to remain in “It’s the Rallies”.

As we all know, a team’s winning percentage is irrelevant in “The Set of Game’s”—every team advances. If a team’s winning percentage falls below fifty percent they’re out of, “It’s the Rallies”.

Those athletes are in top physical strength and endurance to play professional mesnuk. The field is equivalent to 460 of your feet long and 380 of your feet wide. They must place the, 18 and ¼ pound, acute triangular, sludder, into the 36 inch diameter round by 48 inch high, kloxyn; sounds easy enough—right? In mesnuk there are no pads—never have been, never will be; the game is brutal.

I spoke with Jeqrix Grexenn, the owner of the Hares after a devastating loss about his team’s chances in “It’s the Rallies”. Here’s what he had to say. Mr. Grexenn, “I believe we are in better shape and more determined than our opponents. As you know J.A., it takes more than a huge payroll to be a championship team. It takes hard work and dedication. I believe we’ll continue to advance in the rallies this season. We’ll put this loss behind us and keep moving ahead.”

I asked, “Do you think the Guytic City Fighting Tobacco Farmers and their owner, Xuro Qashlet, will be the next Sesla champs?”

Mr. Grexenn chuckled. “Mr. Qashlet has bought a very good team with all his Myluxs—he’s a billionaire after all. The Tobaccos are doing very well in the Rallies—as always. We’ll have to see which team wins the title; It’s anyone’s guess right now. We’re in it to take the title as well. Nice to talk with you again J.A.; let’s have lunch at Grexenn Park and talk more .”

That was my brief interview with Jeqrix Grexenn, the owner of the Kinkorx Horned Hares. We crossed paths briefly in the locker room of the Hares in The Mesnuk Stadium Downtown days ago after a game that the Hares lost to the Wyluxx City Generals.

In that game, the Generals came from behind in a late game rally to defeat the Hares; the loss was a heart breaker.

Excerpt From; The Unthinkable Duo of Justice

Greetings from Kinkorx; it’s J. A. Ireland,

Many people of Earth downloaded my novel, The Dunjyn Asylum Escape, during the giveaway; thank you to all who did. I hope my book brings you hours of reading enjoyment. You will discover just how self-sacrificing Maxx Zeqster really is. And how Sesla rewards him because of his willingness to sacrifice his own life for a friend.

In this letter, I’m inserting  one of many very difficult times in Maxx’s childhood.  This small segment is from, The Unthinkable Duo of Justice.

Maxx is working on a case. He visited Police Chief Zog Morxoc, of the Kinkorx Police Department. Now, he’s on his way to the Kinkorx Medical School to continue the investigation.

The segment begins.***

He smiled again as he drove. “Now that I have the approval of Chief Morxoc, it’s time to visit the Kinkorx Medical School.”

As he drove in the direction of the school, his mind flashed to a painful scene from his youth. Maxx was in the sixth grade, in Mrs. HyLubb’s class. “My science report is on Seslean Astronomy,” Young Maxx said nervously as he stood before the class.

Mrs. HyLubb nodded her approval. “Proceed.”

He took a deep breath as he nervously began his oral report. “The galaxy where the Croster Slux Solar System spirals is the Whirlpool Galaxy. The solar system where our planet spirals is the Croster Slux Solar System. The planet we live on is known as Sesla.”

He paused briefly to regain his anxious breathe and stabilize his wobbling legs. He took a deep breath before continuing. “The Whirlpool Galaxy, where the Croster Slux Solar System spirals inside and Sesla spirals within it, is much brighter than the Milky Way Galaxy. It’s also 23.5 million light years away from the Milky Way. The planet Sesla revolves around the sun. The sun gives us light and heat.”

Again, he paused to regain his depleting breath while attempting to control his nervous shaking. He took another deep breath, and continued. “Sesla is the fifth planet from the sun. In addition, on a proper night, with the use of an advanced telescope, we can see the Milky Way Galaxy.” He was out of breath and trembling as he finished his report. He terrifyingly listened as Mrs. HyLubb began her critique.

“Well Maxx, I’m not sure where to begin,” Mrs. HyLubb said with a demeaning frown. “Although your report was interesting, I’m afraid it wasn’t ready to present. There were several errors in structure, as well as grammar. You also left out many very important facts.” She sighed. “I will include my comments on your evaluation. Please be seated.” She glared at him with her usual, “I’m very disappointed in you,” glare.

He walked disgracefully to his desk. As he shamefully trudged, his fellow classmates laughed at him.

Suddenly Maxx’s thoughts returned to the present as he drove toward the medical school. He smiled with a conquering smirk. “I have a very special painting that I created just for you, Mrs. HyLubb.” As he drove toward Leqtus Kin’s employer, he remembered the reporters… Segment ends.

It’s J.A. again. I chose this segment to further define Maxx Zeqster. He and I are lifelong friends therefore, I know him well.  This is another example of the adversities he has overcame in his life to become the incredible detective that he is today.

Sea Doxer Controversy – Our Evolution

I’m sitting at my desk, in beautiful downtown Kinkorx, while skimming through numerous back issues of The Visqaser Report. I found an article I wrote some time ago concerning the scientific communities opinion that, as a species, we evolved from the sea doxer. I hope you find this article interesting. Maybe this information will help you to understand us better.

The Visqaser Report, Who is Sesla and Who Are Her Coteries, is a monthly geological, historical, medical and science magazine. Dr. Krag Visqaser—MD and Dr. Qen Pytmor—PhD archeologists, started the monthly journal fifteen years ago, during their later retirement.

The article I wrote, that I would like to share with you is entitled:

The Mysterious Sesla Sea – Home of the Doxer

Qashlet Laboratories Facilities—Dr. Rewqust; Insists Sesleans Evolved from the Sea Doxer

Recently, my esteemed colleagues and I interviewed Dr. Rewqust at the Qashlet Laboratories Facility in Guytic City.  In attendance were Sygil Zeeg, Guytic City TV Science Editor; Ti Wopqir, Kinkorx TV Science Editor, and myself.

We discussed the genetic similarities between Sesleans and the sea doxer with the respected scientist.  Due to Dr. Rewqust’s refusal, we were unable to address the very controversial, DNA genetic engineering experiments, or the other questionable research that the scientists at Qashlet Lab are working on.

Dr. Rewqust feels that the scientific evidence is irrefutable.  He stated, “There are many genetic similarities between our species and the doxer.  Sesleans have fair, leathery skin like many varieties of the doxer.  All Sesleans feet have a fin-like look and structure that is similar to the doxer.  We have a sharp row of bone in the entrance of our mouths like many of the doxers; although some species have fangs.

Their young hatch from eggs, as do ours.

One Species of the Deadly Sea Doxer

Many species of doxer have a webbed dorsal fin that runs the entire length of its leathery body, but not all.  Sesleans have the genetic remains of the dorsal fin running down our backs and the back of our legs.  This partial dorsal fin is visible on many coteries, and is perhaps the strongest evidence of our genetic connection.

The evidence is overwhelming, even though many Sesleans do not like it.  The genetic similarities strongly suggest the evolution.  The mutations that occur because of doxer fever validate the genetic similarities as well.  Frankly, I do not understand the controversy or the outrage.”

It would seem, Dr. Rewqust agrees with his colleagues that Sesleans are genetically similar to the sea doxer.  However, he failed to prove the scientific theory that Sesleans are an evolved species, evolved directly from the doxer.  That scientific theory remains just that – a theory.  The theory also remains unaccepted in most circles—circles that are non-scientific.
